End User License Agreement

Liebo Builders Inc. — Effective March 27, 2026

Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the internal application ("Application") operated by Liebo Builders Inc. ("Company") that integrates with Intuit QuickBooks. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Internal Use Only

The Application is developed and maintained exclusively for internal use by authorized personnel of Liebo Builders Inc. The Application is not available to the general public and is not distributed, sold, or licensed to external parties.

Authorized Use

Access to the Application is granted solely to employees, contractors, and authorized agents of Liebo Builders Inc. who require access to perform their designated business functions. Users agree to use the Application only for legitimate business purposes related to their role within the Company.

Restrictions

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Application. Users may not use the Application to access data beyond the scope of their authorized business responsibilities. Users may not share their access credentials with any unauthorized individual.

Data and Privacy

Use of the Application is subject to the Liebo Builders Inc. Privacy Policy. All data accessed through the Application remains the property of Liebo Builders Inc. and must be handled in accordance with Company policies.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" for internal business use. Liebo Builders Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application's fitness for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal use.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the Application at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
